Billy Jr. and Melissa Davis Brock of Goldsboro announce the birth of twin daughters, Kendall Lee and Lainey Grace, on Nov. 7 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. Maternal grandparents are Dal and Ruth Blizzard of Goldsboro and the late Kenneth Lee Davis. Billy and Barbara Brock of Dudley are paternal grandparents.
