Tommy and Heather Sawrey and Joseph announce the birth of a son and brother, Jackson Edgar, on Dec. 9 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. Maternal grandparents are Robert and Debbie Austin of Goldsboro. Paternal grandparents are William and Miriam Sawrey of Goldsboro. Maternal great-grandmother is Beatrice Austin of Eden.
