Stacy and Kenneth Bedford Jr. announce the birth of a daughter, Summer McKenzie, on July 9 at Wilson Memorial Hospital. She weighed 8 pounds and 11 ounces. Grandparents are Kenneth and Lisa Bedford of Pikeville and Wanda Godwin of Wilson.
