Michael and Stephanie West announce the birth of a son, Garrett Michael, March 28 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. He weighed 9 pounds, 13 ounces and was 22 inches long. Dale and Maureen West are paternal grandparents. Isabel Landry is the maternal great-grandmother.
