Kobayashi

Hiroyuki and Amanda Kobayashi of Pikeville announce the birth of a son and daughter, Noah Kazuo and Leah Sakura, April 19 at Pitt Memorial Hospital. Noah weighed 4 pounds, 12 ounces and Leah weighed 4 pounds, 9 ounces.
