Randy and Jessica Hayes announce the birth of a daughter, Zoey Aaliyah, July 28 at Johnston Memorial Hospital. She weighed 6 pounds 8 ounces. Betty Best of Warsaw and Angel Fontanez are maternal grandparents. Paternal grandmother is Gracie Hayes of Goldsboro.
