Larry and Patricia Strickland and Rebecca and Hailey announce the birth of a son and brother, Larry Ray III, Jan. 15. He weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces. Henry and JoAnn Cherry are maternal grandparents. Paternal grandparents are Larry and Wanda Strickland.
