Clay and Marcie Jernigan Parker and Layne of Winterville announce the birth of a son and brother, Bryson Earl, Feb. 20. He weighed 9 pounds, 6 ounces and was 20 3/4 inches long. Kirby and Carolyn Jernigan of Goldsboro are maternal grandparents. Paternal grandparents are Betty Parker and the late Emmitt Earl Parker of Sunbury. Zilphia Grice of Goldsboro is the maternal great-grandmother. Paternal great-grandmother is Marie Staton of Portsmouth, Va.
