Lee and Robbie Stowe and Megan and DeAnna announce the birth of a daughter and sister, Rachel Abigail, April 2. She weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 21 inches long. Gene and Shirley Windham of Greenville are maternal grandparents. Paternal grandparents are Grady and Sharon Stowe of Goldsboro.
