Joel and Emily Waddell announce the birth of a daughter, Carlee Addison, March 24 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 22 inches long. Alan and Beth Carr of Goldsboro are maternal grandparents. Paternal grandparents are Jackie and Sandra Waddell of Goldsboro.
