Blake and Robin Ferrell announce the birth of a son, Turner Tayne, Jan. 27 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. He weighed 8 pounds and was 211/2 inches long. Tillis and Betty Rendleman of Taylorsville and Colon Ray Stilwell of Hickory are maternal grandparents. Paternal grandparents are Timothy and Donnie Lane Ferrell.
