Clyde Sneed and Tabetha Kelly announce the birth of a daughter, Ashlynn Sneed, April 5 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. She weighed 10 pounds, 1 ounce and was 21 inches long. Sabrina Cummings and Ron Kelly are maternal grandparents. Paternal grandmother is Jill Brown.
