The undersigned having qualified as Executor of the estate of Oliver Ray Best late deceased of said Wayne County, this to notify all persons having claims against the estate of said deceased to file them with the undersigned at 4864 US Hwy. 117 Alt. South, Dudley, NC 28333, on or before the 12th day of September, 2009, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their right to recover against said estate.
All persons indebted to said estate will make immediate payment.
