Public Hearing Notice
There will be a Public Hearing to consider adding food stands as a conditional use to the R6 residential district with a minimum lot of 50 feet wide, 75 feet deep and 4000 square feet. The Fremont Board of Aldermen will hold the Public Hearing in the Town Hall located at 120 E. Main Street on Tuesday October 16, 2012 at 7:30 pm. All interested citizens are invited to attend. For more information contact Town Hall at 120 E. Main St. or 919-242-5151 Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:00. As a result of this hearing changes may be made in the proposal as advertised, reflecting objections, debate and discussion at the hearing.Legal #732
