The Wayne County ABC Board in accordance with Article 12 of Chapter 160A of the North Carolina General Statues has received an offer to purchase the Wayne County ABC Board property (Store #6) for $30,000 cash. The property is located at 117 North Wilson Street, Fremont, NC as described in the Wayne County Registrar of Deeds book 810 page 666. Within ten (10) days from this notice, Close of Business on January 4, 2013, any person may raise the bid by at least ten percent (10%) of the first one thousand dollars ($1,000) and five percent (5%) of the remainder. A deposit of at least Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) of the proposal is required to be sent to the Wayne County ABC Board Finance Officer, Thomas Fuhs, 909 Landmark Drive, Goldsboro, NC 27534.
