Notice is hereby given, Pursuant to Public Law No. 100-647 S1031 (a)(24)(A) (1988), the undersigned will hold public hearing on March 4, 2013, at 7:00 PM at the location of the undersigned listed below to discuss its acquisition by lease purchase of : One 2013 Rosenbauer Tanker Fire Apparatus, 1800 Gallon Tank, 500 GPM Pump Mounted on a 2012 Freightliner Chassis and Refinance of the Department's existing debt and financial arrangements related thereto.
Approximate amount of issue: $658,639.64
