Production Manager
This position is responsible for providing leadership in the management and administration in all
aspects of live production of poultry for the Kinston Production Division. Bachelor's degree in Poultry Science or related degree or equivalent experience and five years management experience in poultry production required. Salaried Management Position (Job Number — 010177239)
Catch and Haul Manager
This position is all aspects of the catching, hauling and management of the transport of live poultry to the processing division. Bachelor's degree in
Agriculture, Science, Business or equivalent

Egg Supervisor
This position is responsible for all aspects of hatch egg transportation, transfer of eggs from incubators to hatchers, administrative duties of egg inventory and receipts and supervision of hourly employees. High school graduate or equivalent required and two years hatchery experience preferred Salaried Management Position (Job Order 010172941)
Skilled Maintenance — Truck Shop
Must have diagnostic and repair knowledge and
experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics on diesel & gasoline motors, forklifts, tractor/trailer, passenger cars and trucks. Training in diesel and gasoline engine repair, electrical and hydraulic
repair, A/C repair, is required. $15.85 hr (Job Number - 010177301) (2nd Shift 2:30pm — 11:00pm)
Class A Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver
Responsible for the transportation of live poultry, feed delivery, egg pick up and chicks in a safe and efficient manner. Must maintain DOT logs, vehicle inspection and comply with all DOT and Sanderson Farms guidelines. Must be able to lift 100 pounds as needed, work in inclement weather, and
irregular hours. Valid CDL Class A, good driving
record per Sanderson Farms requirements. $12.80 hr training then load/mile pay.
