Mr. and Mrs. James Allen Vinson III of Goldsboro announce the engagement of their daughter, Anna Fonvielle Vinson of Raleigh, to Thomas Wayne Sevier, Jr. of Raleigh, son of Thomas Wayne Sevier of Raleigh and Evaline Jane Marshall of Charlotte.

The wedding will be held April 21 at First Presbyterian Church of Goldsboro.
