They pride themselves on finding them homes.
Mrs. Keck is the broker-in-charge at the office on North Spence Avenue. She owns the firm along with Mrs. Sullivan, her sister. They bought the then-more-than-49-year-old business from the orginial owner, Marvin Houser, in 1999.
Houser Associates Real Estate is a full-service real estate firm serving the Goldsboro area including Pikeville, Mount Olive, Dudley, Rosewood, Seven Springs and the Walnut Creek vicinity. Whether you are looking for a new home, lot, farm land or commercial property, Houser is here to help in buying or selling.
The firm specializes in personalized customer service, which is at the top of Houser's list for each and every prospective client.
"Making the largest financial decision in your life requires experienced hands-on caring agents where you feel like one of the family," Mrs. Keck said. And that personal attention has made Houser the largest independent real estate firm in Wayne County.
She said Houser hopes to extend its services to further help clients in better and more constructive ways. With future development of land and lots, Houser will be able to give its clients more and better residential choices.
With more than 25 years of real estate experience, Mrs. Keck also contributes to the local community. She supports Habitat for Humanity and Relay for Life. She acts as Secret Santa with local nursing homes with the Wayne County Board of Realtors.
Her husband, Hal Keck, is very active in military and community organizations. He is an active member of Wayne Community Concerts and the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce. He serves on the Goldsboro Planning Commission and is a judge for the Precinct 5 voter polling place. He is a board member of WAGES and is active in the Republican Party.
Mrs. Sullivan is active in the Catholic Church in Mount Olive. And her husband, Wayne Sullivan, serves as a volunteer with the American Legion.
