*Tiffany Thornton, 16, Fields Drive, Mount Olive, communicating threats, not guilty.

*Robert Dylan Benbow, 20, North Center Street, Mount Olive, harassing phone call and stalking, 45 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $45 fine and costs; harassing phone call, 30 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $25 fine and costs.

*Eufracia Soriano Cruz, 32, White Oak Bridge Road, Calypso, no operator's license, 30 days suspended, six months unsupervised probation, $25 interpreter's fee, $50 fine and costs.

*David Bruce Henderson, 27, Veachs Mill Road, Warsaw, possession of drug paraphernalia, 45 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $75 fine and costs.

*Jeremy T. Marczyk, 18, West Station Street, Mount Olive, second-degree trespass and resisting arrest, 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $50 fine and costs.

*Kitrina Diane Rhodes, 39, Marylee Hodges Lane, Warsaw, worthless check (two counts), 35 days suspended, nine months supervised probation, $113 restitution and costs.
