Pikeville mayor resigns

PIKEVILLE -- Mayor Tony Medlin resigned from his position during the town's monthly board meeting on Monday. Town Clerk Kathie Fields said Medlin opened the meeting and then an-nounced his resignation. The board voted unanimously to accept his resignation....
