An article in Monday's News-Argus about a teacher resource center to be established at Wayne Community College failed to mention that the $10,000 grant for the center was awarded by the School of Education at East Carolina University and the Golden Leaf Educational Consortium of the School of Education.
A series of articles on a man from Goldsboro who is missing in western North Carolina gave an incorrect spelling of the name of a woman whose body was found. The correct spelling is Misty Dawn France.
A statutory rape that was reported in Monday's Public Record allegedly occurred on Julian Lane and not in New Hope Trailer Park.
