*Justin Dean Hill, 21, Country Run Lane, forgery (three counts), 14 days active, six to eight months suspended, 24 months supervised probation (six months electronic house arrest), 48 hours community service, $350 lawyer's fee, $546.15 restitution, $150 fine and costs; forgery (two counts), six to eight months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $150 fine and costs.
*Renaldo L. DeMerritt, 22, West Ash Street, possession of a weapon of mass destruction, eight days active, 10 to 12 months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, 72 hours community service, $250 fine and costs.
*Ricardo Travon Ward, 25, Pollocksville, possession of marijuana, two days active, six to eight months suspended, 24 months supervised probation (six months electronic house arrest), $210 lawyer's fee, $350 fine and costs.
*Charles Michael Wood, 46, Guy Smith Road, LaGrange, reckless driving, one day active, 30 days suspended, 24 months supervised probation, 24 hours community service, $100 fine and costs.
*Jimmy Arnold Crumpler, 40, Old Harvey Sutton Road, Mount Olive, reckless driving, 45 days suspended, 24 months supervised probation, 72 hours community service, $500 fine and costs.
*Deborah Jean Roberts, 36, Friendly Drive, fornication and adultery, costs.
