A house on Brentwood Drive at Dudley caught fire Sunday, but firemen prevented it from being demolished. An estimated $40,000 worth of damage was done to the home, which was valued by firemen at around $75,000. The Alonzo Sutton family lives in the house. Firemen from the Dudley and Mar Mac departments helped fight the fire. Wayne County emergency medical services also rushed to the scene. No injuries were reported.
