*Delbert Orlando Owens, 28, West Hill Street, possession of stolen goods and carrying a concealed weapon, nine to 11 months; possession of stolen goods, nine to 11 months; possession of stolen goods, nine to 11 months.

*Russell Stephen Ward, 35, R&M Circle, Fremont, breaking and entering, 10 to 12 months.

*Andre Devon Weeks, 21, North Carolina Street, assault inflicting serious injury, 195 days active, 21 to 26 months suspended, 36 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), lawyer's fee to be determined, $10,000 restitution and costs.

*Oliver Moses, 46, North George Street, uttering, 22 days active, four to five months suspended, 12 months supervised probation, lawyer's fee to be determined, $375 restitution and costs.

*Leodis Hamlin Jr., 29, Courtyard Circle, intoxicated and disruptive, two days.
