Fund established to help familiy of trooper

A fund to help the family of state Highway Patrol Trooper John Horniak has been established at the State Employees Credit Union. Horniak was shot and wounded during a traffic stop in Fayetteville on Nov. 28. Two people were arrested in the shooting. Donations to the John C. and Christi Horniak Fund can be made at any SECU branch.
