Alice Strickland, Arts Council of Wayne County executive director, is trying to keep "a positive voice of reason" in her mind when she thinks of the Goldsboro City Council's indecision on the Paramount Theater. Mrs. Strickland says she hopes the performing arts community can stay afloat during this period of uncertainty.
