The 10th Annual Hal Plonk Disability Awareness Walk, sponsored by the Mayor's Committee on Persons with Disabilities, will be held May 11. Walkers will line up at 9:45 a.m. at St. Paul United Methodist Church at 204 E. Chestnut St....
