Goldsboro police logged a third arrest in a breaking and entering case that occurred in December. Investigator Dwayne Bevell arrested Marcus Gerald Johnson, 20, of Brazil Street, on charges of breaking and entering and larceny. He was jailed under $5,000 bond. The arrest was made in connection with a breaking and entering at an apartment in the 300 block of Brazil Street. Teresa Rodrigo, the victim, told police that someone broke into her apartment and stole $3,678 property. Bevell recovered $3,295 property after investigating the case.
