The North Carolina Commission on Workforce Development and the state Department of Commerce released a study last month on the state's labor force supply and demand over the next decade.
A series of regional public forums will be held to share the report, to examine policy issues and questions and to seek input as to how our state should respond to the findings in terms of future policy development and state-level action.
Among the forums scheduled will be one on Wednesday, March 28, at the Global TransPark Education and Training Center in Kinston. The forum will start at 10 a.m.
The sessions will last about two hours. There is no cost for registration but participants are asked to respond by email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
