Goldsboro High School is one of several Wayne County high schools that plans to offer new, career-targeted programs this fall to give students who are considering a profession rather than college — or an accelerated program that addresses skills related to their chosen field — the chance to get a head start on their futures. Goldsboro will open the Wayne School of Engineering this fall.
