Courthouse fix up

Construction crews work to repair a section of the Wayne County Courthouse clock tower on Friday. Work is expected to continue through the week on the areas of the facade that have crumbled. Some county officials say the wear-and-tear on the 13-year-old structure caused a piece of the clock tower to fall during the days preceding the Wings Over Wayne Air Show.
