Pikeville man arrested on sex charge

A Pikeville man faces a felony-level charge for taking indecent liberties with a child, the Wayne County Sheriff's Office said. Allan Lawrence Pratt, Nahunta Pines Drive, Pikeville, was jailed in lieu of $75,000 bond on Thursday, Capt. Tom Effler said....
