Wayne Museum scavenger hunt

The Wayne County Museum will offer children a spring and summer scavenger hunt Tuesday through Aug. 22.

Children follow clues throughout the museum, and when they find the last clue, they get to pick out a prize. Ages 5 and up can hunt on their own, and younger children can hunt with adult supervision. Large groups can hunt by calling ahead for an appointment to 734-5023 or by emailing waynecountymuseu@bellsouth.net.

Cost is $1 per child. Museum hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
