Habitat for Humanity is looking for organizations or individuals willing to feed volunteers at the Habitat worksite on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Habitat officials say they are averaging 10 volunteers on site on these days. Having lunch provided not only saves Habitat money, it allows these volunteers to eat at the site and not lose valuable work time. If you are unable to provide a lunch, but would like to help, a donation of $50 will sponsor a lunch. Habitat will take that money, buy lunches and deliver it to the site.
Organizations interested in providing lunch to average of 10 people may contact the Habitat office at 736-9592, or visit the Web site at www.habitatgoldsboro.org.
