Saturday's Nature Day Stoney Creek

The Stoney Creek Park Alliance and the Goldsboro Parks and Recreation Department will hold Nature Day at Stoney Creek Park on Saturday.
The day will kick off with a volunteer cleanup of the park from 9 to 11 a.m. The celebration will be from noon to 4 p.m.
Activities include children's games, preview of the park plans, a representative from the U.S. Forest Service, an appearance from Smokey the Bear, activities by the Girl Scouts, inflatables, trail walks, a clown and face painting. Food will also be available for sale.
