Edgardo Harrow, 30, of West Lockhaven Drive, said he was in the parking lot of the Jefferson Court apartments with a female acquaintance of his, according to the report. The female allegedly came at Harrow with a de-icer can, and when he tried to block it, he was struck in the head. That caused a cut and minor injury, police said.
