A 15-year-old juvenile told arson investigators he set a stack of toilet paper on fire at his high school, then returning to class, letting the fire burn without telling anyone, authorities say.
A school resource officer, Deputy Russell Rice, was hospitalized for smoke inhalation after the incident.
