Duplin fair seeking vendors

KENANSVILLE -- Vendors are needed for the Duplin Agribusiness Fair that will be held Wednesday, Sept. 14 through Sunday, Sept. 18 at the Duplin County Events Center.
Duplin County Events Center Director Lacey Ekberg said that 72 vendors spaces are available inside the Events Center to exhibit arts, crafts, specialty products, and services.
Spaces are 10'x 10'. Corner aisle spaces are $150 while all other spaces are $125.
Items that are needed such as tables, chairs, table skirts, etc., are available for rent.
There are also still limited spaces available for outdoor, non-profit food vendors. Outdoor spaces allow for cooking with gas on site, which is not an option for inside vendors. Outdoor booths are 15'x 15' and include water, sewer, electricity and a six-foot table.
Vendors should supply their own tents. A shared utensil washing space also will be provided.
Outdoor food vendors may also be subject to county Health Department regulations and fees. Food vendors fee for this year is $300.
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required by Aug. 31.
