MaryScott Best, 8, cuts eye holes in her pumpkin at the Arts Council of Wayne County Tuesday. In celebration of Halloween, children customized their own jack-o'-lanterns, with faces ranging from scary to silly and embellished with features like gummy worms and eyeballs.
Trick-or-treaters will hit the streets this evening as Halloween comes to Wayne County. The official time for costumed youngsters to knock on doors -- and hopefully fill their bags with candy and other goodies -- is from 6 until 8...
