Man, 24, will face heroin charge

A Goldsboro man charged with trafficking in heroin is in the Wayne County Jail under a $1.5 million secured bond. Carsheme Jamil Ruffin, 24, of 303 Leslie St., was arrested by the Goldsboro Police Department's Drug Squad on Thursday....
