Chamber seeks award nominations

Nominations have opened for the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce annual Cornerstone Award.
The Cornerstone Award was created to recognize an individual in the community who has been a fundamental building block of Wayne County.
Registration for nominations will close Tuesday, Sept. 10, and the award will be presented at the Wayne County Chamber's Annual Banquet Thursday, Jan. 9.
The award recipient will have his or her name inscribed on a plaque and inserted into the ground at Cornerstone Commons in Goldsboro.
Completed nomination forms can be sent in by mail, email or dropped of at the chamber.
The nomination form can be found on the chamber website at www.waynecountychamber.com.
