On Aug. 10, the Goldsboro Police Department responded to the area of 210 North Carolina St. at approximately 3:15 p.m. regarding shots being fired.
Officers arrived on scene and were advised that a subject may have been shot and witnesses stated they observed several males running from the area.
Officers located one 18-year-old victim, Tiquan Williams, in a wooded area, who stated he had been shot and he was subsequently transported to the hospital.
Kendall Boone was located in the area and charged with felony possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.
