DAVID BUFF SR.

NEWTON GROVE -- The funeral for David Arlene Buff Sr., 71, of 640 Main St., was held Thursday at 7 p.m. at West & Dunn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was to be today in Pikeville Cemetery.

Mr. Buff died Wednesday.

He is survived by is wife, Sarah Sutton Buff; one daughter, Pam Holloman of Goldsboro; two sons, David Buff Jr. of Dunn and Roger Buff of Florida; one brother, Teddy Buff of South Carolina; one sister, Jean Helm of South Carolina; three stepchildren, Myra Sutton Britt of Newton Grove, Timmy Sutton of Clinton and Jeff Sutton of Newton Grove; and 10 grandchildren.

The family received friends at the funeral home following the service on Thursday night, and other times at the home of Myra and Sammy Britt.
