Mertie Mae Edwards, 67, of Philadelphia, Pa., died Tuesday at Temple University Hospital.

Funeral arrangements are pending at Hamilton Funeral Chapel.

Friends may call at the home of her sister, Rossie Bell, 1695 Tommy's Road, Goldsboro.
