Ruthe Hughes Lynn, 80, of 708 Robinson Place, died last Thursday in the Johnston Memorial Hospital, in Smithfield.

Ms. Lynn was a native of Vidalia, Ga., and attended Columbia University in Harlem, N.Y. She was the widow of John Lynn, and preceded in death by her parents William and Alberta Curry Hughes; and a daughter, Adrienne Clair Lynn.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the McIntyre Funeral Home Chapel. Apostle D. L. McIntyre will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Everette Cemetery, in the Raynortown Community.
