Edward Mitchell, 75, 1228 Atlantic Ave., died Saturday at Britthaven of Goldsboro.

Two children survive.

Funeral will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Greenleaf Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, with Dr. William Barber officiating. Burial will be in Old Mill Cemetery. Viewing will be 2-6 p.m. Wednesday at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries of Goldsboro. Family will receive friends at the home of his sister, Helen Townsend, 605 Eleventh St., Goldsboro.
