JV baseball -- Eagles topple Faith-RM

Wayne Christian's Andrew Bass had four hits as the Eagles improved to 4-1 on the season with a 24-6 win over Faith Christian of Rocky Mount at home on Monday.
Adam Brannan, Billy Smith and Jordan Yelverton ahdded two hits each for Wayne Christian, who travels to face Cressent Academy in Durham on Thursday.
Yelverton picked up the win for the Eagles in two innings of relief work.
