PIKEVILLE -- Southern Nash's Kyle Glasgow started the Firebirds with a win at number one singles as Southern Nash pulled away with a 9-0 win at Charles B. Aycock on Wednesday.
The closest match of the day proved to be number two singles as Aycock's Brandon Howard battled the Firebirds' Sam Flores before falling 7-6 (7-2), 6-4.

The win boosted Southern Nash to 8-2.
