Softball -- Raiders knock off Rosewood

Visiting Midway capitalized on numerous Rosewood errors and captured a 7-2, non-conference win on the Eagles' diamond Thursday afternoon.

Sarah Poole led Rosewood's offense with four hits in four at-bats.

Courtney Hill batted 1-for-3 with two RBI. Sarah Ardes and Kasie Braswell each added one hit.

Jennifer Boren suffered the pitching loss.

Rosewood (3-7) travels to North Johnston next Tuesday afternoon.
